Rick Bair brings 40 years of industry experience to the JMJ Board. He retired as an Americas Partner in 2016 after 23 years with JMJ. During his tenure, Rick’s primary responsibility was managing large engagements and ensuring that JMJ’s work exceeded clients’ expectations. He also worked with core clients, developing tailored consulting solutions to support them in achieving their business objectives. Rick was a member of the team that designed JMJ’s Incident and Injury-Free™ (IIF™) approach, and has been instrumental in its further development and delivery.

Before joining JMJ, Rick worked for Chevron in several operations, engineering, and construction management positions. He also served on the Construction Institute Zero Accidents Task Force.

Rick earned a B.S. in civil engineering from Washington State University. He is also a graduate of the Texas A&M Construction Executive Program.
