Michael Huvane joined JMJ in 1987 and is one of the initiators of Incident and Injury-Free™ (IIF™).

Michael has worked with IIF in more than 30 countries with hundreds of companies He established JMJ’s office and consulting business in Asia, overseeing work in China, South Korea, Thailand, India, Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Earlier Michael worked in London for three years where he was accountable for launching JMJ’s IIF practice in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Michael’s clients report that he is an excellent listener, connects well with all levels of the organization, and brings a heartfelt passion for people and results to his work that they find refreshing. He is frequently requested to mentor senior executives and to coach senior management teams.

Born and raised in San Francisco, California, Michael now resides with his wife Ellie in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He is an avid golfer and skier. Michael has been a long-time meditator, and is a student of business philosophy, organizational development and personal mastery. He has earned two master’s degrees; one in rehabilitation administration from the University of San Francisco and the other in education from the University of New Mexico.
