Anthony Shepherd is an experienced consulting professional. He has over 10 years’ experience in operations, process improvement and analytics and has worked across diverse industries in the Americas.

Throughout his consulting career, Anthony has helped clients achieve operational excellence (OpEx) improvements, streamline project management, create alignment, conduct data analysis, and develop manufacturing leadership capabilities. His support in these areas has enabled organizations to identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities. Since joining JMJ, Anthony has played a pivotal  role in supporting clients in the initial phase of their transformation journeys, paving the way for larger client impact opportunities going forward.

Anthony received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit, Michigan. He lives in Detroit with his wife and two children.
