The Foundation for Meat and Poultry Research and Education and FMI, The Food Industry Association have teamed up to redesign the Annual Meat Conference. Martin Reeser, Director of Business Development is representing JMJ at the event which is being held in Dallas, Texas this week (March 6-8, 2023) and will be attended by more than 1,500 meat and poultry professionals.
