JMJ speaking on Psychological Safety at NSC Safety Congress & Expo 

We’re excited to announce that Hal Rabbino, JMJ senior consultant, will be taking the stage as a speaker at the National Safety Council’s Safety Congress and Expo 2023 which is taking place October 23-25.  

Hal Rabbino and Marty Reeser will also be representing JMJ at the National Safety Council’s Safety Congress and Expo in New Orleans, LA in October. Hal will be presenting “Fostering psychological safety: A catalyst for personal and enterprise transformation” on Tuesday October 24 at 2.30 P.M.

This immersive session will delve into key areas of building a psychologically safe work environment. We’ll explore its impact on organizational resilience and innovation and, most importantly, the role of leadership in promoting an atmosphere of psychological safety.
