Rama’s expertise lies in making an immediate impact and influencing client projects. He is proficient in helping clients implement JMJ’s  IIF (Incident and Injury Free) approach to enhance leadership and create a people-centered safety culture. Rama has successfully worked with thousands of supervisors/foremen, helping them develop the necessary skills to implement strong safety cultures on site.

He started his JMJ career on the RDMP project, the largest of its kind in Indonesia involving approximately 26000 personnel. Focused on refinery development, the project is a joint operation involving major contractors such as Hyundai, Rekind Indonesia and PP. Rama has also worked on the QatarGas NFXP Offshore Project in Batam, Indonesia.

Rama obtained his Bachelor of Law from Sam Ratulangi University but later changed direction, starting his working life as a document control and piping material control professional. He has contributed to various projects in Indonesia, including Pertamina Geothermal Energy, RDMP JO Balikpapan.
