Anthony Park has over 15 years of consulting experience in the oil and gas, construction, shipbuilding, and offshore engineering industries. Anthony specializes in leadership performance and culture change with a focus on safety and high performance. He has worked with many international and Korean clients including, Chevron, Shell, Exxon, BP, INPEX, Suncor, JGC, Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI), DSME, SK Group, Daewoo, and E&C.

Anthony has worked in Qatar, Japan, Vietnam, Canada, and Korea. This international experience has helped him break down cultural barriers to generate breakthrough performance for many organizations. Since 2013, he has co-created numerous people-based safety approaches with clients in Korea. Examples include S1 for HHI, and CLEAR for Daewoo E&C, which contributed to reducing incidents and injuries in the shipbuilding and construction industries.

Before joining JMJ, Anthony obtained his training and coaching expertise from the Shell Pearl Training Centre and ILM. He has spoken at various national events including the Korea International Safety Conference.

Anthony holds a business administration degree from the University of Sunderland. He served as a parachute trooper in the Republic of Korea Marine Corps. In addition to his native Korean, Anthony is fluent in English and speaks Japanese at an academic and professional level.
